BLADES TRAINING CAMP

HOCKEY SEASON IS BACK!!!!!!! so the boys hit the ice for training camp on thursday (day one). team blue (dietz, bews, collins, olsen for returnees) were up first at 8am, so i didnt go cause i'm a lazy bum and couldnt get up that early. next up was team white (#ferda!!) with cox, stipancik, benson and trask. also andrey makarov (QMJHL) was with white (he will be sick). it was superrrrr freezing in the arena, but i sucked it up and went out to watch. team grey went next (thrower, dziurzynski, stransky, sutter). it was hilarious at the end they played some sort of scoring game... it took like 20 shots for the first one to go in, then when any did, the boys celly'd like they had scored the game seven overtime winner. team black (morrison #33, elliot #11, siemens #5, nicholls #18) went last. theyre in the pics below. i was super pumped to see the boys all together again... i'm thinking a couple new faces on the roster will be hudson morrison and andrey makarov (of course). anyways, this is the first of many blades posts for the 2011-12 season. first pre-season game on the 31st!!! peep the pics:

THE SASKATOON EX

so i went to the ex on opening day (tuesday) and then again on friday and sunday for a little... was kind of like a disneyland/knotts berry farm flashback, expect obviously suckier. the lines seemed alot shorter than disneyland, but alot longer than knotts. i might need to hit up the gym for the remaining of the month to work off all the junk i ate. i took a few pics, nothing special. most are from my phone so the quality is crap.
